District Visitors
A
buzzer/intercom system is in place at the three elementary schools.
This system allows us to maintain a high level of security and control
building access.
When school is in session, visitors will need to
press the buzzer and speak to office personnel through the intercom
system to gain access to the building. Once inside the building,
visitors should proceed to the main office to sign in, show ID, and have
their appointments verified.
District-wide security measures
already in place include hall monitors and greeters at the Oliver Middle
School and High School, security patrols (24 hours a day/7 days a
week), security cameras throughout the District, and a Safety Tipline: 1-877-453-0006 or www.bcs1.org/tipline.
As
always, you are welcome to visit our schools. If you have any questions
or concerns about security you may call Jeff Phillips Director of
Security (585) 637-1987.
Student Parking
Student
parking permits are issued through the High School Main Office. When
submitting the completed application, applicants will need to bring their license and vehicle registration to be copied and kept on file. You may download a parking application by clicking the link below.
Student
parking is a privilege at BCSD. It is important that students drivers
and their parents understand the rules and regulations that govern this
privilege. Noncompliance with this policy and/or violation of applicable
laws may result in the revocation of driving privileges on School
District property and/or towing of vehicle at the owners expense.
Thank you for your cooperation with this process and have a safe and productive school year!
