Mr. Lewis was elected to the Board of Education in 2018. He was elected President of the Board of Education at the 2024-25 Reorganization Meeting on July 2. He serves as a member of the Board's Audit, Budget and Policy Committees.
Mr. Lewis received his bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University at Buffalo. He holds an associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Monroe Community College. He has been a resident of the Brockport School District since 2000. His wife, Margaret, and sons, Robert and Matthew, are all graduates of Brockport High School. Mr. Lewis is an active volunteer with both the Boy Scout Troop 375 and the Brockport Elks Lodge.

Mr. Howlett was elected to the Board of Education in 2015 and re-elected in 2020. He was appointed Vice President of the Board of Education at the 2024-25 Reorganization meeting on July 2nd, and he serves as a member of the Board's Audit and Instructional Committees.
Mr. Howlett is a 1984 graduate of Brockport High School. He received his bachelor's degree in communications from Ithaca College, his Masters in Secondary Social Studies from SUNY Brockport, and is currently a Social Studies teacher at the Gates Chili High School.
Mr. Howlett enjoys travelling and family time with his wife Shannon ('94), and children Michael ('15), Max ('17), Sean, and Sam ('20). Mr. Howlett has been a coach for over 30 years, helped establish the BHS Alumni Association, and is a long-standing member of the Freemasons in New York.

Mrs. Carbone was elected to the Board of Education in 2014 then re-elected in 2019 and 2024. Mrs. Carbone served as President from 2018-2023. She serves as a member of the Board's Brockport's Best, Budget, Policy, Instructional Committees and is an alternate for the District Safety Committee.
Mrs. Carbone received her BA, MS, and CAS from The College at Brockport. She then started her teaching career in 1969 as a Kindergarten teacher and retired in 2011 as the Superintendent of Schools for the Lockport City School District after serving as Elementary Principal, High School Principal, Director of Elementary Education, and Director of Research and Development.
Mrs. Carbone and her husband, Fred, have two children, Heather and Freddy who are BCSD graduates and have twin grandsons, Toby and Jesse, who attend Brockport High School. Mrs. Carbone enjoys spending time with her family and is an active volunteer in our district and community. She is one of the founders of the BEST in Education Foundation and is a member of the Summer Serenades committee. Mrs. Carbone also enjoys playing Bridge with friends in her free time.

Mr. Harradine was elected to the Board of Education in 2017. He served as the Board’s Vice President from 2018-2023 and President from 2023-2024. He is a member of the Board's Audit and Brockport’s Best Committees and serves as an alternate for the Innovation Committee.
Mr. Harradine graduated from Brockport High School in 1997, where he was a member of the National Honor Society, the Band, and ran Cross Country and Track. He went on to attend Cornell University and then Cornell Law School. Mr. Harradine has served as a confidential law clerk to federal district and appellate judges, worked for the United States Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division), and been a partner in a law firm. He is now Associate General Counsel of Xerox Corporation, as well as a mediator and arbitrator. He is always happy to answer the questions of Brockport students and alumni who are considering the practice of law.
Mr. Harradine is also a director of The Kilian J. and Caroline F. Schmitt Foundation, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Brockport High School Alumni Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Harradine enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah (Class of 1998) and their three children, Lucy, Lily and Andy (Classes of 2025, 2026 and 2028).

Mr. Parmele was elected to serve on the Brockport Central School District Board of Education on May 21, 2024 and his five-year term began June 30, 2024. Mr. Parmele’s is a High School Teacher at Gates Chili. Mr. Parmele has been a lifelong Brockport resident for 45 years where he currently resides with his wife Shannon and two children Jack and Brennan. He serves on the Instructional and Innovation Committees and is an alternate for the Budget and Policy Committees.
Mr. Parmele enjoys spending time with my family traveling. He also enjoys running and biking to raise money for local charities and nonprofits.

Mr. Stroup was appointed to the Board of Education in 2023 and was re-elected in 2024. He serves as a member of the Budget, Policy and Innovation Committees and serves as an alternate for the Audit and Instructional Committees.
Mr. Stroup is a 1992 BHS graduate. He graduated from SUNY Brockport with a BSW and minor in Sociology. He currently works for Amazon Web Services (AWS), as Sr. Manager for Enablement Technology. Prior to that he spent 10 years helping Pearson Education lead the transition from print to digital textbooks, making them more accessible to all. While at Pearson he served as an Advisory Committee Representative to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), where he helped draft the EPUB for Education Specification. He and his wife, Bianca (‘95) have seven children - Lilly (’18), Emma (‘20), Isaac (‘22), Naomi (‘25), Levi (‘26), Eliza (‘30) and Sadie (‘40).
Mr. Stroup serves on the worship team at the Brockport Free Methodist Church as a drummer and teaching youth at BVM. He loves making memories with his family and playing cornhole and euchre.

Mr. Turbeville was elected to the Board of Education in 2018. He serves as a member of the Board's Brockport's Best, Innovation and District Safety Committee.
Mr. Turbeville holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in History and Secondary Education from The College at Brockport. He spent nearly 10 years as a high school social studies teacher. Currently, he serves as a Police Officer with the Rochester Police Department. Mr. Turbeville and his wife Carrie, a teacher aide at the Hill School, have two sons, Caleb and Gabriel.
