Prepayments

This store is for Food Service Accounts only. To make payments for continuing education, please go to the SCHOOL STORE. Checks/cash can also be mailed to the Food Service Office at 40 Allen St. Brockport, NY 14420 or dropped off at school offices. Please call (585) 637-1846 with any questions or concerns. Refunds must be requested in writing and are not always reflected within your MySchoolBucks account.

My School Bucks

Brockport Central School district is excited to provide parents a convenient, easy, and secure online prepayment service for their student's school meal account at any time.

MySchoolBucks charges a $2.75 processing fee for all cafeteria credit/debit card online payments only. 
*Through November and December, a one-time fee of $2.50 for the month will be charged when using credit card payments.

MySchoolBucks will still provide the same great benefits of using their program such as:

-Adding money securely onto student's account
-Option of automatic deposit when your student's account balance runs low
-Extended purchase history for the past 90 days (regardless of whether of pay online or not)
-Low balance alerts
-A mobile app is available
-You may fund up to $120 per student or split between all your students.
-You will be charged a transaction fee by Heartland School Solutions, the operators of MySchoolBucks site.
-The fee will display at the time of your payment.
-MySchoolBucks accepts the following payment methods-

       -Visa ®
       -Mastercard®
       -Discover®

To Register:

1. go to My School Bucks and click on the link to "register for a free account"
2. Select the State as New York and the school district as Brockport Central School District.
3. Complete the screen to set up your account.
4. when your account is completed, there will be a link on the "getting Started" screen to look up your child. You will need to select the school, enter your child's first and last name and input their student ID number.

Student ID numbers/Lunch ID numbers are printed on the students schedules. If you cannot locate your student's ID number, please call our office at (585) 637-1846. Online Payments :

Paying by Cash or Check:

*** There is no charge to pay by cash or check. Your student will have the same lunch account number even if your student pays by cash or check. cash/checks can be brought into the classroom or main office at your child's school. Checks can be made out to "Brockport Food Service" and mailed to Brockport Food Service Dept, 40 Allen Street, Brockport NY 14420.

Meal purchase History:

When checking you child's My SchoolBucks account, the transactions that occurred on that day may not show. The history for the current day may not be posted until the following morning. If unsure about fund balance you may call our office for further assistance.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online

at: USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
