Annual Requirements

Ride360 Information

Ride360 Link
Ride360 is a parent information portal that will allow parents to easily access their child’s transportation information on their phone, tablet or computer.

Transportation to and from Childcare Provider/Daycare
All requests for transportation to and/or from a childcare provider, daycare center, or secondary address/dual residence must be submitted by completing the Childcare Transportation Request Form and sending it to the Transportation Office prior to April 1 of each school year or within thirty (30) days of moving into the district. This form MUST be submitted EVERY year. Requests received after transportation routes are established may be approved on a space-available basis.

Transportation to and from Private/Parochial/Charter School
All requests for transportation to and/or from a private, parochial or charter school must be submitted by completing the Private School Transportation Form and sending it to the Transportation Office prior to April 1 of each school year or within thirty (30) days of moving into the district. This form MUST be submitted EVERY year. Requests received after the transportation routes are established may be provided if it can be done at no additional cost to the district, and space is available on the bus. (Note: The principal of the Private, Parochial, or Charter School must sign the form, then please return this form to us either at: Busrouting@bcs1.org, by U.S. Mail or in-person to 58 Owens Road.)

Busing Change Request Procedure
The following operational changes have been in effect since September 1, 2013, to ensure the continued safety of our students. The Transportation Department will take requests for bus route changes pertaining to babysitter locations and secondary residences/dual residency as follows:

Written requests can be completed on the Transportation Request/Babysitter Form and faxed to (585) 637-1885, mailed or brought directly into the Transportation Department building at 58 Owens Road, Brockport, NY 14420. The Transportation Request/Babysitter Form is available below (see link below), at all elementary school main offices, or at the Transportation Department building. Once the request is processed by the Transportation Department, the parent/guardian will be given the new busing information.

Please plan accordingly and make alternate arrangements in the event you need to change your child’s busing location in the future. Having a plan with a trusted adult who can be at your house in the afternoon when the bus arrives is helpful when emergencies arise.

Any permanent changes to your primary address will continue to be handled by the Registrar’s Office (585) 637-1891. This office will notify the Transportation Department and the request will be processed within five (5) school days.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we continue to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Transportation Department at (585) 637-1880.

  • All bus route change requests will require five (5) school days advance written notice.
  • Requests will only be processed by the Transportation Department staff. (Requests received at school buildings will be forwarded to the Transportation Department and may delay the start of the requested change.)
  • Same-day or single-day bus requests will not be accommodated.
