Brockport High School students, along with BHS Teacher Mrs. Ophardt, attended the 17th annual Roc2Change Student Summit held at Monroe 2-BOCES in Spencerport on November 22, 2024. This theme of this fall’s summit, “Road2Change,” was the basis for a day of critical conversation, collaboration, and celebration. During the summit, students from the Greater Rochester area schools engaged in facilitated dialogue with peers to address racism. Brockport students have attended the summit many times since it began in 2016. There will be another summit held on March 14, 2025.
