Homecoming Traditions

For one week each fall, Brockport CSD takes on a little extra Blue Devil spirit. Homecoming brings students, families, staff, and community members together through traditions that have become an important part of the Brockport experience.
Across the District, students celebrated with themed dress-up days and school-wide activities throughout the week, building anticipation for Homecoming on Friday, October 2.
At Brockport High School, students gathered for the annual pep rally, featuring games and friendly competitions. That evening, families and community members lined the main campus road for the Homecoming Parade, with the BHS Band, student groups, floats, and marchers making their way through campus.
Following the parade, the celebration continued at the stadium, where families and fans enjoyed local food trucks before gathering to support the Blue Devils in their matchup against Greece Olympia. The Blue Devils came away with a 7-0 victory, capping off the evening with a win on their home field.
Thank you to the students, families, staff, volunteers, and community members who helped make this year's Homecoming celebration possible. Year after year, these traditions bring Brockport together and give students memories they will carry with them long after Homecoming ends.
